DO NOT GO HERE. I originally started coming to this dispensary simply because it’s close to where I live. After a few visits, it was budtenders like Destiny who made me consider it my regular spot. She was helpful, professional, and actually cared about customer service. At one point, I bought a brand-new torch that stopped sparking after just a few uses. I called the store, explained the issue, and Destiny immediately offered a refund since they didn’t have the same model to exchange. I didn’t even take the refund, but that interaction left a very positive impression of the store. That impression was completely destroyed this week. I bought a cartridge that turned out to be defective. The base would not heat properly. I tested multiple batteries, tested other carts on my battery, and ruled everything out. There was no question the cartridge itself was faulty. Since it was late, I called the next day fully expecting a simple exchange or refund—especially since they provide receipts specifically for non-working carts. Instead, I was told the employee had to “check with the manager/owner,” which was already a red flag. When the manager/owner finally contacted me, the interaction was terrible. He spoke to me as if I were lying or trying to scam a free upgrade. He stated that he is the only person allowed to do refunds or exchanges, yet he only works Monday–Friday during standard work hours and never comes in on weekends. In other words, unless you are willing to miss work, you are out of luck—even if the product is defective. To make it worse, he claimed he “doesn’t even know if it’s actually broken,” as if testing a cartridge is some complex task. This isn’t complicated. A faulty cart is one of the most common issues in dispensaries, and most places resolve it quickly and professionally. Instead, I was dragged along until it became clear the goal was to make this inconvenient enough that I’d give up. Which is exactly what happened. I returned the cartridge—still full, in original packaging, with mouthpiece and base guards, and the receipt—and took the loss. I don’t blame the regular staff. This is clearly a management problem. The owner/manager has poor customer service, poor conflict-resolution skills, and policies that actively punish customers for defective products. TL;DR: This dispensary will sell you a broken product and refuse to make it right, even with a receipt and original packaging. One incompetent manager/owner ruins what could otherwise be a decent store. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend going literally anywhere else—there are multiple better dispensaries just a few blocks away. – Eddy Amador

Do not buy cartridges or disposable vapes or anything really from the rip off owner of this establishment. When you buy a vape product from this place the employees state that with the package and receipt you can exchange if you have an issue. Less than 24hrs after I purchased mine it was leaking pretty badly. I took the required items in for an exchange. Immediately the girl working started looking stressed. She said she had to call her boss. They both said this is a regular thing and he constantly does this to customers. And let me tell you, this guy slow played the situation wasting my time, acted like I was lying in some way when I have all the items needed, there was clear leakage, and it still as over 2/3 full. Plus, you can see me on the previous days security footage. This guy has lost my business forever. I've been telling everyone I know, especially in other dispensaries I visit. You might want to reevaluate your business plan. As, a $25 return or exchange has now cost you further revenue out of my pocket. You probably should hope it was worth it. – I like to weld
