From the moment we walked in, the place smelled so fresh and clean that I had to compliment Ronda at the front desk. You can tell she takes pride in keeping everything welcoming. Karen, the budtender, was absolutely awesome. She took the time to explain everything we needed to know, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with our choices. We visited here last week and it was by far the best service we have had with dispensaries! The dispensary is clean, quiet and calming. No loud, chaotic environment here. April was our budtender amd she was so nice, patient and helpful! I even got to speaking with Karen, who was equally as nice and welcoming. These 2 ladies truly made my day with their amazing customer service! In this world where more & more people are becoming unkind, inpatient and rude, these 2 are the exception! Quick, left me to do things on my own once I said that I always used the kiosk, didn't try to make small-talk, let me vibe on my phone without any interruptions, read me back my exact order and showed me each individual item, and had a positive attitude for the short bit of time they did talk to me. I didn't have to feel observed or like I needed to socialize. I got in, minded my business, got my shit, and got out. What I'm describing is unironically peak customer service.
