I like this store, have gotten great service in the past. It was April 20th, and I knew there were going to be discounts! Of course, they were busy, and it was getting late, so I forgive the security guys for being a bit grumpy. All their Stiiizy products were SOLD OUT. (I'm sure the 40% off had something to do with it) So the budtender did a search and landed on Dime Bag brand, eighth, Sativa, 34% THC for $11.55. Can't beat that, right? Got home and opened it, first thing I noticed was how dry it was. Not crumbly dry, but it didn't seem fresh. And… STEMS. I know Sativas are more prone to them than an Indica, but these weren't properly trimmed at all. Everything seems to point back to a lack of quality control processing and packaging. So I tried it and yeah, too dry, but it serves its purpose, and for $11, why am I even complaining? Too stoned perhaps…. – Robbie Paul

I have been to this location many times. Always been happy with the customer service and attitude of the employees. The last 2 times I have gone I've been helped by Gabbi W with purchasing edibles. I was happy with her service, attitude and ability to answer my questions about the products she was recommending. I have been coming to this shop for a few years and it truly is the best in the South Bay. They have an amazing selection of product, great rotating deals, and the most welcoming, knowledgeable staff. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Green Cross. I bought a product here that was 100% bad. 10 minutes went by before I went to use the product and I turned around and went straight back to them, showed them the product, packaging, receipts and they even recognized I had just been inside 10 minutes ago and explained to them that what I bought tasted like it had been burning and charging all night long and tasted like how a motherboard or USB charger would taste, close to pennies and when I hit it I almost immediately went to throw up, I have been coming here for 2 years and never had any issues, they said there is nothing they could do about it and that since the oil looked fine that the product couldn't be returned but I had explained it was the oil being burnt that was the issues and any of them could taste it or hit it outside to understand exactly what I was saying they all denied it and refused to do anything for me which is absurd, I have spent thousands here, left plenty in tips and never have had any issues but the one time I do they are unable to help me and understand the problem when they should know the product more then me. Gabi w was literally the best employee I have ever met she was willing to answer all my questions and not only was willing to take my phone and help with some id issues while having a bad day herself was able to continue to have the best attitude and customer service I have experienced in a long time truly appreciated of her – wayne Clark
