I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. I purchased two items during what I believed was a special they were promoting. The employee and I were in conversation while checking out, and I handed over my cash without even being told the total. After looking at my receipt before even leaving the store, I realized the special pricing was never applied. When I immediately went back in to get it corrected, I was told the sale was for a different day something that was never communicated to me beforehand. I explained that there was clearly a miscommunication and asked if I could simply exchange the items since I hadn’t even left yet. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff was dismissive and unwilling to help. What made it worse was that my receipt showed cash received as $100 with change due of $74, and I was honest enough to return the extra money because I believe in doing the right thing. Unfortunately, that same courtesy and understanding was not extended back to me. The tender at station 7 was very sweet, but overall customer service was poor. This wasn’t about demanding a full refund or claiming something was defective it was simply about correcting a misunderstanding and taking accountability. Businesses keep loyal customers by handling situations like this with care, not by dismissing them. One star across the board. I won’t be returning. – Autumn Craft
