Two yrs as regular here, and I can honestly say the experience has gotten worse, not better. Online ordering is consistently slow. I've waited hours for a pickup. The menu is rarely accurate, so expect a message telling you something's out of stock after you've already placed your order. Other local dispos pull your items the moment you order. This one doesn't seem to operate that way. Prices have also gone up, while perks (freebies, fast service) have disappeared. The atmosphere is loud & more of a social scene than a professional environment, which may be fine if that's your thing, but that's not what I'm here for. One thing i've noticed over the full 2 yrs is that the staff has exclusively been young women, with male security guards at the door. It's consistent enough that it feels intentional. It gives the place more of an "aesthetic hire" vibe than a professional one. If you want a reliable online ordering & a more straightforward experience, drive to Authentic 209 in Modesto or Firehouse in Turlock. – DIANA

Usually great service but I bought a cart the other day turns out they just slapped another sticker on it and called it something else but wasn't what I asked for. I paid close to 40$ for legit products if I wanted fake stuff I would buy off the street – Oscar Sanchez
