For obvious reasons.. no photos. However, I accompanied my neighbor who's a buyer of such things. The service he received was excellent and knowledgeable, the prices were apparently very good, which probably explains why we stood in line for so dang long… 23 people ahead of us on a random Tuesday night.. but if the lines had been addressed faster.. 5 stars. The security guard behind the window wanted to keep my scooter basket back with him for some reason. First, he said it’s because it held food and water but when I remove the water, he made up something else. I asked to see the manager. there was no sign saying anything about searching and or confiscating personal items. A lady behind me had a giant oversize purse. I wonder if they make her leave that behind. Very unprofessional. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at that dispensary. No more. I gave up and found another dispensary easy. doesn’t Phenos realize there are other dispensaries in town. – Mike Moore
Always a solid spot. Good selection, fair prices, and they usually got me leaving with more than I planned on buying 😂 never had a bad experience with them. They stay pretty consistent and that’s honestly hard to find these days. Definitely one of the better shops around. – Kelsey Ramirez
This was my favorite dispo, it has great prices and friendly budtenders. However, make sure you only buy one vape at a time. I bought two, and didn’t open the first one right away. It only worked for a couple of days, but I always keep my packaging and receipts, so I took it back. Their return policy is only 2 weeks. So I’m stuck with a vape that doesn’t work. I’ll go back to the other place that has a 30 day return policy. – Molly Cherry
