Everyone was helpful! From the moment I walked in the door. Didn’t get her name but she had dark hair and red highlights, helped me pick some goodies that I was satisfied with. I’ll be back and I recommend others to come! – The Tall Girl
This was one of the worst dispensary experiences I have had. The girl was so rude. I almost wanted to leave because I didn't know that you had to go to a kiosk to put your order in. First off, because I was looking at all the papers.And everything when I finally stood at the spot to wait for her or wait for a budtender, she was like, are you ready? I wanted to say, well, I didn't know that I couldn't look at the papers.First before I purchased, i've never had to order at a kiosk before. The way that she snatched the papers from me and was like. "Oh, is this it?" never said, hello, how you doing? Can I help you?nothing. And then she was like, oh well, I can come out there and help you, I'm like, no, I'll figure it out. And I didn't leave because the security guard offered to help me. And that is really not his job. So I stayed and finished my purchase because of the security guard. Big props to him, because I literally just wanted to walk out and go somewhere else. I will not come back here. Just because of how rude my budtender was. And also, like never even told me about the first time a customer perks or something. Illinois dispensaries don't even have deals that are great.So the fact that this one actually had it, and she didn't even tell me about it was really rude. She was so rude I did not tip her.I'm a very good tipper, and usually I tip twenty percent or more, and my bill was fifty some dollars.And I probably would have tipped her ten dollars if she had not been so rude to me. I Will never go here ever again. The front desk team member was nice and told me about the specials and told me there were bud tenders. I actually tried to wait and have someone else take care of me when I went back through the line so I didnt finish my experience badly but she was the one to take me again. – angela vanoppens
What a pleasant surprise to discover Planet 13. We visited on a Thursday afternoon while in the area going to a popular restaurant in the area. We are new to Illinois and this dispensary exceeds the ones I’ve visited in my old state. They have a large variety of items. Great, welcoming group of people. Love the intimate setting. Good prices and also loved the new customer discount offered. – Ang S
