I wish I had caught names of the employees, but they were knowledgeable, kind, happy, and most importantly quick. I love this dispensary. It’s always clean and I’ve ever had a bad experience. Trying the Titan express strain for the first time, it was highly recommended. – Alison Shelton

I used to really love coming to this location — it was one of my favorite spots. Unfortunately, my experience here lately has been disappointing. The staff has made it unnecessarily difficult when it comes to applying happy hour deals or discounts that should clearly be honored. What’s frustrating is I’ve made the same purchases before without a problem, and suddenly it’s an issue now. The male staff I’ve dealt with have been fine, but the majority of my experiences with some of the female employees haven’t been great. There was ONE exception — a tall Asian girl with tattoos and piercings who was super sweet, helpful, and actually cared about my experience. She even gave me a pack of edibles once as a courtesy, which made me feel like a valued customer. I wish I had caught her name because she’s the only reason I’d consider coming back. Other than that, I can’t recommend this location. If you do shop here, make sure you know what discounts you’re entitled to during set hours because they won’t voluntarily apply them or advocate for you at checkout. Clowns. They finally start having good deals with happy hour, as long as you show up before 5pm. They now made happy hour between 9 am and 10 am. Why even have happy hour at all? I guess they want jobless people as their main customer base. Plenty other dispos with better deals, I think I will start spending weekly elsewhere. This is The Best selection in the state, fore. Plenty of parking. Helpful staff. Spin the wheel for fun as you enter. They can pull up your last order if you forget the name of what you enjoyed so much. Go to Las Vegas Nevada & see for yourself how this brand treats the clients to a unique shopping experience.
