Purchased a Cheddar Cheeze pre-roll and the container was empty. Shrink wrapped plastic seal with bar code too. That’s crazy unacceptable and basically theft. With all the regulation and cameras and so on, how does that happen? What a kick in the nuts – Phil Alden

What a pleasant surprise to discover Planet 13. We visited on a Thursday afternoon while in the area going to a popular restaurant in the area. We are new to Illinois and this dispensary exceeds the ones I’ve visited in my old state. They have a large variety of items. Great, welcoming group of people. Love the intimate setting.
