Planet 13 is easily one of the most impressive cannabis dispensaries in Las Vegas — a true attraction on its own. Beyond the huge selection and immersive environment, the highlight of the visit was the speakeasy-style bar hidden behind a telephone booth. Stepping through that door feels like entering a completely different place, and it adds a fun, unexpected twist to the experience. Inside the bar, the mango shots were a standout — delicious, smooth, and surprisingly refreshing. It’s a great spot to relax for a bit and enjoy the vibe. One point to be aware of: you can only consume products purchased inside the bar itself. Anything you buy at the main dispensary counter cannot be consumed in the bar area. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it’s worth knowing so you can plan your visit properly. Planet 13 is a dispensary on steroids. Seriously. They have thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to offering a high quality experience to the 420 friendly crowd. Come on take a ride with me. Have your ID out and ready to roll when you come in the door. There's a floor right at the entrance that looks like a digital aquarium. When you step on it the graphics change in such a cool and exciting manner. They offer drink bars 🍸, places to eat, consumption lounge, apparel, smoking products and tools, full service dispensary and so much more. Our bud tender was Luis and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the product offerings, customer service oriented, friendly, professional and worked to make sure we got the best deal. Sam is one of the managers and she offered an equally awesome experience. She listened to us as the customer, shared excellent conversation, treated us more than fairly and had amazing taste in her nail designs. The lady's nails were on point. Let me get back on track here. 😅🤣😂 As you can see we had a truly amazing experience. Couldn't ask for anything better. There are a lot of choices you can make when selecting a dispensary, I'd highly recommend this one. The place is huge but easy to navigate. You don't get lost in the crowd here as a customer. The staff is friendly and amazing, product offerings are vast and top notch, prices are very reasonable and they provide a holistic 420 friendly experience. I'm telling you, RUN don't walk to this spot. You'll thoroughly enjoy yourself. If you get too lifted they also offer various transportation options to get you back to where you want to be safely. I was really excited to visit Planet 13 while on vacation from Miami. Unfortunately, my experience did not go as expected. Upon my arrival, the customer service agent in the photo below had a noticeable attitude. While I was waiting for my partner to complete their purchase—I had already been there for about 20 minutes—I took a quick photo of the building’s floor design (also shown below). The same employee, who refused to provide her name, abruptly told me to leave the building for taking a picture. I have the entire incident recorded on video for proof. When I mentioned that I would be reaching out to corporate, she again refused to give her name, which is also captured on video. After I began recording, she attempted to get security involved to control the narrative, but the footage clearly shows what happened. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable for a business that depends on customer experience. People like her should not be representing your brand, especially in a customer service position. Based on her demeanor and behavior, she may have even been under the influence while working. I have already reached out to Planet 13 corporate and am waiting for a callback.
