Was visiting Vegas from Los Angeles for my birthday weekend so needed some goodies while in town. Obviously I have a lot of options back home but I was pleased to see how many great options there are here in Nevada and Vegas. I would say Planet 13 is my favorite of the dispensaries in town just because all of the staff are consistently very polite and helpful and they really do have a lot of great options. There is also a tattoo shop, merchandise store, and a separate business where you can buy product and use it there, among other things. In terms of square footage, this place is gigantic and you really do get a lot of bang for your buck in one visit. I was able to find a lot of great options to use while in town and also bring back with me. I feel the pricing is fair, even though a bit more than you would spend at some other smaller places, but that’s to be expected given the quality. I would highly recommend to any enthusiast or to anyone that is new to the lifestyle. I will be back next time I am in town. – Zan Lee
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Mind-Blowing Experience—Even If You Don’t Partake! I was recently at Planet 13 for a work event and was lucky enough to get a behind-the-scenes tour of the facility. To say this place is huge is an absolute understatement. As someone who is a non-patron of cannabis, I was thoroughly impressed by the sheer scale of the operation. It was absolutely fascinating to see how much money, high-tech engineering, and rigorous work goes into running a complex of this magnitude completely outside of the product itself. It feels closer to a massive tech headquarters or a major Strip resort. What really blew me away is how well they accommodate people who don't consume or participate in cannabis culture. They’ve built an incredibly inclusive entertainment space. There is a fantastic bar and restaurant on-site that are completely THC-free, meaning you can come down, grab a great meal, hang out, and enjoy the premium vibe without buying or exposing yourself to any cannabis. Planet 13 has turned a dispensary into a true Las Vegas landmark. It is a visual and operational experience that is an absolute must-visit for everyone, even if you’re a non-consumer. As a local for 24 years, this place is one i will drive to the strip for. Welcome to the coolest pizza place I've ever seen. The pizza 🍕 is fantastic and the vibes make you never want to leave. Feels like a mini club, with a awesome DJ playing the old school beats. This graffiti room is my favorite. Wait, there's tons more going on here. Great place and experience the only issue we had was with the pricing of their chips. They have all snacks labeled at different price points. $3 for chips, $4 Pringles , $4 Kettle Chips ,$2.50 Cheez-its and $8.99 Popcorn all very specific. But when it came to the "RAP CHIPS" Heavy emphasis on CHIP there was no price listed, but when presented with the check for our snacks a random price of $7 for the chips appeared. When we asked our server about the pricing we were given a very matter of fact answer that because they are "RAP CHIPS" that's why they're $7. We questioned where does it say this on the price chart? They had no answer and our server went to retrieve a Supervisor after showing visible annoyance because of our question. Once the Supervisor arrived she reiterated the same info outlined by our server, my next question was are the "RAP CHIPS" not chips which she agreed they in fact are and I then asked if we're using basic logic and common sense a reasonable person would assume they would align with the chip pricing which was $3. Which she also agreed and proceeded to adjust the check for the difference. My thing is this, if your pricing is wrong or mislabeled that is a vendor/ establishment error not a customer issue and in this case the customer should not be made to feel like they're asking an off the wall question but just seeking clarity as the pricing schedule was not clear or labeled. And as a customer we just wanted to be made whole and not scolded or made to feel as if we did something wrong. (Pictures attached.)
