I'm a very regular customer to where they know me by name, I came in today and got a quarter, I originally told her an 8th but I said im sorry can you make that a quarter? Sure no problem! I used my points to be able to afford this as we know everything is so expensive. She forgot to give me my pre roll for my points, and when I got home I smoked one small joint because I need this to last, I go to smoke later and the bag is already half gone so I roll another small joint now it looks completely gone! So I get my scale out and it weighs 1.5! So I smoked two joints and I only have 1.5 left out of 7 grams?? How?! Now this was the boss who served me so I know there is no reason to even try to fight it! I also live twenty minutes away from here so having to go back is just costing me more money at almost 5$ a gallon! Now I have no weed, and my points are gone and my gas ran out. I really wish the owner would reach out to me!! I'll go elsewhere from now on if they can do this to me they can do it to you, it's not like they show you what they weigh the bags to you just have to trust them. If you shop here I'd buy already bagged up bags, and not from the deli because you won't know if they're weighing it right, I can see them doing that to an ounce, but making a quarter an 8th is like taking half of someone's pizza thinking they won't notice! If I wanted to get ripped off I'd buy for the dude on my block and not drive twenty minutes one way and twenty minutes home while gas is almost 5$ a gallon you can say I'll beyond mad! And I highly doubt I'll ever go back to this location because how mad I am I could probably end up really going off! I've always had great things to say about this place and told others to come here, but I will not be doing so anymore! Maybe it's just a mistake but the boss making my quarter an 8th and forgot my pre roll how absent minded can you be if you're the boss! One time I bought a cart and she refused to do anything about it when it busted oped and ruined my bedding and charger so I'm definitely sure nothing will be done about this! I really needed this weed to last me until I could get paid this will be gone by tomorrow! I'm so mad it's taking everything in me to not waste more gas to go up there and give her a piece of my mind!!! Update: no one reached out to me so I had to call up there, the employee sounded more concerned than the manager who told me there is nothing he can do and main focus was the pre roll, I honestly could careless about that shitty pre roll the ones they give out with points are crap! My main concern was that I paid for a quarter and got an eighth. I go on to tell him how I had to use my points and scrape money together for gas to even get this and he wanted to cut me off to let me know how far his drive is! Idgaf how long your drive is, i came to your job that messed up not the other way around! So now I have no weed, my time and gas wasted and he goes on to say I hope you keep shopping with pleasentrees, to I replied I'm letting you go! Keep shopping for what? When I come in there's some kinda weird childish vibe, it feels like you get talked about and I still kept going there because the product is good and the prices are reasonable, but if I'm going to get screwed over and talked about y'all can keep it! Shopping here on 7/10 was the best dispo shopping experience I have had! Dani was absolutely the best budtender we have had! We got some great deals on the jars of rosin I am holding the pic. She had a great knowledge of the products, and saved us a ton of money! We will be back! – Herb Cook
