Yall website sucks. Literally freeze everything time I back out of something then j got exit out of it just so it'll scroll. Like yall make millions of dollars on bud but cant pay someone to make your website actually work. I've wanted to come buy someone many time but I pre-order and Literally take me 30 mins just too look through stuff. Cause im constantly having to to exit out of chrome to open it back up. This place was cool at first. My husband and I came here often, but after today, I’m not sure we’ll ever be back. Last time my husband went in, he was promised a free half ounce on his next visit. We were told by the budtender that on the 3rd visit and 3rd purchase of a half ounce, you’re supposed to get a free half ounce. However, today when my husband went in and asked about the free half ounce he was promised, everything changed. Long story short, he was denied and treated like he was a problem instead of a loyal customer, the kind of treatment black men unfairly face far too often. It was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. He was given a free 8th sure but that's not what was promised. After being regular customers, this is the experience that pushed us away. I'm honestly considering never returning because why not honor what's being promoted? If you're not gonna honor it, don't promote it and definitely don't treat people in this manner. – KANDICE QUIJADA
I really love the flower here ! My favorite part is the budtender Ray ! He’s such a great help and so informative and knowledgeable! I keep coming back for his recommendations! He’s always on point! Staff is not friendly nor helpful. I tried this place a few times. First time was great enough to come back. Second time, I felt like I was doing the women’s job for her. She gave me no recommendations and didn’t seem like she knew anything about the products. I picked from the sheet in hopes that I pick something good. The flower was good so I went back. The man I saw actually knew what he was talking about and gave some great recommendations. He on the other hand was friendly and helpful. But this last time will be my last time. No one greeted me when I went in. Just stood there awkwardly waiting for the staff to finish their private conversation. Saw the same rude women from the time before so I knew how this was going to go. To ask her to do her job showed it was too painful. So again I went back to choosing off of the sheet. She also spoke to me as if I didn’t have money to buy the product. I will not do business here and I will never recommend this place. – McKenzie Burrough
