I go to this location often and they always have good deals! My boyfriend and I came in today and Omar served us! He was very friendly and helpful, giving us an amazing experience from the time we walked up to the register til the time we left. – Imani Arnold
I have been coming here for 7 years and after tonight I will never come again. Not like they need my service but it sucks. I called tonight asking if I could place an order.. girl told me only if I had been there before.. why couldn't she of signed me up if I hadn't? Anyway.. we had been there a hundred times. She said my boyfriend's name wasn't in there and was so rude about it. So I ask if a product is in stock and they said yes. My boyfriend goes there, NO PROBLEM with his name so she was lying… AND the item I was told was in stock was medical. They ended up finding more in the back so I'm thankful for that. But it doesn't end there. He leaves and security stops him telling him he can't leave. He's so confused and he just got off work and just wants to go home.. some lady said she left her wallet where my bf was sitting and it was gone after so they needed to look at the cameras. Mind you there are like 8 other customers around and a few were shaking their heads at him like as he did it!!!! They look at the cameras.. SHE NEVER HAD A WALLET!! SHE WENT AND FOUND IT IN HER CAR! Not the lady or staff apologized, only the security guard. They definitely should of offered him a coupon or atleast 20-50% off of his next visit. They made him feel like a criminal, even if they followed "protocol" they still should of treated him like a human being and like he was innocent until proven guilty. I'm so mad I want to call someone so bad about it. It kills me because I loved going there for so many years. Even when I had my medical card I went there and would spend 300$ a week minimum. – Bri Jonas
This is a shout out to Katelyn-124 ,5 stars. Excellent customer service. I felt very welcome at this location and even got a souvenir t-shirt. She was very kind and informative. She made a Texan feel welcome. Store has an excellent variety of products if you aren't picky like some in the review section, could use a few more options for t-shirts that say Arizona on it. But overall I would say this business made me feel welcome and valued on my road trip. To management I'd like to say I'm only writing this review due to the professional service provided by Katelyn-124. Give her that bonus. She deserves it. – d wils
Only leaving 5 stars for Jake. Dena would be rated no stars. I’ve been a regular at this dispensary for a while, but my recent experience with Dena was frustrating. She was rude and snappy when I was asking questions, which was surprising since I come here all the time and have never had an issue before. Her attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable. I had two transactions to take advantage of deals, which I’ve done before without a problem. However, after my first transaction, Dena insisted that I take my bag to my car, wait in line again, and then come back for my second purchase. As a medical patient, I’ve never been asked to do this before—it felt completely unnecessary and like she was just trying to make things more difficult. The only saving grace of this visit was Jake. He was friendly, helpful, and made the experience much better. Honestly, he’s the only reason I’ll be coming back. I hope management addresses the customer service issues with certain staff because bad experiences like this can drive away loyal customers. – Tomie Tom
They always have decent enough deals for me to drive past the Curaleaf right by my house.. Staff is chill and they actually have a waiting area if they’re busy.. Damian was my budtender for pickup, polite service n good vibes.. had some small talk, used some points, saved ten bucks then rolled one.. – Anthony McGee
