Great experience at this location. The brown bag flower is also by Sonoran Roots. Personally Sonoran Roots is my favorite as a local AZ boy. Never any issues with quality. That’s huge for me as a cannabis patient. Staff and bud tenders were all very polite and helpful, which is awesome. Will be back as a patient, looking forward to it. Update 6/20/2026 Second visit and I really feel content about making this Pondy Dispo home base for me as a patient. Yesterday was beyond and above for me as a patient. I forgot the gentleman’s name that was my bystander. He was more than polite in the sense that I felt like family, and this was more about helping me than anything. I never expect anything, however- this sensation provided by the staff at this Pondy is stellar. The lady whom is the manager I believe whilst I’ve been in is also really polite, upbeat, and treats me like I’m a person, not a dollar sign. That’s very refreshing to me as a person lol. It does take effort to make an effort. And for me it’s definitely appreciated as a cannabis patient. The gentleman who checks me in also has super cool laid back vibes. He’s also got a genuine smile that makes me smile. This location and staff embody the meaning of compassion for patients. Thank you Pondy family! Great first time experience here!! And they had amazing deals! Especially as a first time cx :) I got bogo on the house eigths and disposable half off! Very happy with my purchase. Lizzi, lance and the person with the cool black hair at the front helped me out tons! (Didn't get their name 😖) They all made sure I was getting the best deals with good quality. It's a very friendly vibe, kinda gives doctors waiting room a bit lol…but very clean and straight forward. Deffinetly would recommend.
