Juliana is so knowledgeable and kind. She always goes above and beyond my expectations for customer service no matter what point of her shift I come in. Juliana makes excellent suggestions and I can ask her very detailed questions about the products and she always answers confidently. I love this shop and all the people who work there are lovely. Update: We took a nice motorcycle ride across town just to see our buds at Ponderosa. I set my girl free and we had a blast loading up on goodies! Worth the drive, thx guys!!! Hi there. This store had me leaving with a smile and my mood without consuming was uplifted. This is the way it should be when one leaves a dispensary!!. I was very pleased to be able to look at the flower and smell it without a bag closed!. I saw the flower weight and placed in a clean clear bag. No guessing or disappointed like when i have been to Sol Flower or Nirvana. The hype there is cheap but you never know how fresh and knowledgeable staff or the date harvested their bagged flower is seems very old. . I don't like second guessing what I'm buying. I rarely been able to purchase herb above 23% on a consistent basis either. Today I purchased 33.4 %!!! At Ponderosa. So, No to SF n N, I believe the travel is worth my time to go to Ponderosa Dispensary. I wish they had a Ponderosa near KITT PEAK where I live by. A long way. But to me, well worth the quantity and quality travel time to get my herb. My new favorite place to go!! – AFD

I came into this dispensary as a first time customer today, and I was helped by a young lady named Sara S. She was great extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I told her my budget and she hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for within my budget without pushing me to go over. She did inform me of all the deals though. I was in and out.
