I really enjoy this location and it's set up. I have not taken advantage of the drive thru though. I prefer a face to face experience. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. Shannon helped me today. She was very attentive and quite pleasant. Easy to talk to. She even surprised me with a free 1/8th.. I spent the required amount, but had no idea…so that was a plus!! – jason Zarker

Jackson was so pleasant, informative and knowledgeable of the products available. He listened to my questions and explained the efficacy and benefits of the products I was interested in. He could not have been more helpful and charming. I want to also say, the gentleman meaning the desk was adorable! He has the biggest smile and infectious joyful personality! The team member that helped my wife and I, Jackson, made our first time visiting proper cannabis an extremely easy and convenient experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and was able to easily answer all the questions we had.
