Theyre not checking the pre-orders enough. Thought my order sounded high after already having to notice an extra item that was then removed. Thought it wouldnt be a big deal if i got a duplicate or something. Got home to realize they added a ridiculously expensive half gram disposable vape to my order, doesnt match at all with the rest of my order of heavily discounted items. Please double check orders after ALREADY being told it wasnt correct. I know I should have said something more, but how difficult can pre-orders be?? – Greg Markley

Samuel was friendly and helpful, asking if I preferred a bag or not. I said yes because it’s handy to reuse for carrying something later on if you need to! Always very friendly and helpful staff with a great selection of both their own product and other quality brands (though I mostly stick with their product lines). It’s always a great experience shopping at Proper, while most other dispensaries can be hit or miss, or just miss. If you haven’t been through the drive-thru do it .. the mural on the garage wall Is really cool…. Take a few minutes to look at it while filling your order. Everybody is always so nice and I love the little “special” treats I get and earn. – Kathleen Brockelmeyer
