Benny is amazing! I had such a great experience and looking forward to coming back. To start, they noticed immediately that my profile only had my government name, not the name I go by. They respectfully clarified with me and corrected my profile on the spot. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my experience. Then they proceeded to give me a thorough and knowledgeable recommendation and helped me find exactly what I wanted! Was a perfect rec too. I didn’t catch their name but the person working the front desk was SO welcoming and sweet. I felt so good just walking in to the place! I didn’t have a wait this time but they have a little free coffee setup if you do end up in the waiting room. Proper Kirkwood is so awesome! The selection is amazing and the whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Yesterday Benny helped me with my online order. I had unknowingly made a mistake, but instead of making me feel stupid for getting it wrong, Benny was kind and gracious and explained what I should do next time. Was here yesterday for the first time. This place is very nice, top of the line Dispensary. I encourage anyone to check them out. When you're near Kirkwood Rd. and Manchester Rd., they're slightly West, 1/3 mile or so (across from Waterway Carwash) They have first-time customer specials, an online order, drive-thru pick up. Are you not impressed yet, lol ? Really, they're great. I was fortunate to have Benny help me. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service with helping me make sure my needs were all met. I had the most awesome experience today with Benny assisting me. Benny was welcoming when i entered and assisted me right away. Benny wears the coolest glasses. Haha!
