PUFF Cannabis Company - Kalamazoo Dispensary

This place is definitely a one star, and for some reason google doesn’t post everyone reviews. I went there and had a Manager tell me that they didn’t have any deals for the MKX disposables. I told them they were 7/99 In new buffalo Also, the Muha’s were 5/75. I told the manager Jordan this and he completely denied it so I told him that I’m not going to purchase anything that I was going to go to new Buffalo so I took pictures and showed him that they were 7/99 This is the same person that sold me a pound of glocookies That had a ton of seeds Which he did not tell me about So this is my second issue that I had with Jordan I contacted the manager or the head guy Alex and I did not get any response from him. Also, this is very unprofessional and you guys have way more reviews that r 1 star. Definitely would not recommend this location – Brianna Warren

Had a great experience here, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Came from Illinois and was in and out in 15 min with enough to last me a few months and much cheaper than my local place. Will be back from sure! – Paul B

This WAS one of my favorites until the last time I went. I placed an online order for pick up and when I picked it up, it was HALF of what I ordered. I stopped on my way to the highway so I didn’t know it was short until I arrived to my destination 2 hours later. I pulled my flower out the bag ready to partake and the contents didn’t feel like it was much of it. Grabbed a scale and sure enough, I was given 3.5 grams but I ORDERED AND PAID FOR 7grams. So disappointing because I was two hours away and couldn’t do anything about it. They got paid $50 for $20 worth of product. – L Hayes

During my visit to Puff in Kalamazoo in March 2026, I had the pleasure of being assisted by an employee named Lola. She was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful, and displayed a consistently cheerful demeanor. After undergoing my third surgical procedure on my cervical spine during the previous year, I was encountering a significant level of discomfort. She really was a lot of assistance to me in locating certain medical cannabis products intended for this purpose, specifically recommending some of the cannabis varieties deemed most efficacious for managing this particular form of pain. A portion of these were in the form of edibles, while others were suitable for smoking. Regarding the edibles, she also understood that for individuals like myself, they do not metabolize effectively enough to produce the intended effects. They primarily offer a slight reduction in pain. Overall, my initial visit to the Puff Dispensary was a truly remarkable experience. I visited Puff in New Buffalo, and the customer service was nowhere near as good as the service at the Kalamazoo Puff location! – Mrs. Kimberly Conner
