Today was the first time I visited Exclusive. I had to do some shopping in Hamtramck anyway so instead of me going to Puffs and Madison Heights I came here. I did want to check it out, but oh boy this was a big mistake. The experience sucked. This was my first time there I asked do you get anything free for being a first-time customer or anything, the budtender told me no you’d have to do buy something before 420 or something to that effect. 420 was in April that was months ago, this is June.They are certainly not the bud tenders of the Puffs that was at this location. They worked with you and was so informative. , I guess she did her best I don’t know but bottom of mine is this is nothing like the customer service at Puffs or Quality Roots. Lesson learned, next time Puffs in MH, QR or Weed Mart next-door. The reason I didn’t go to QR is because they don’t sell deli style cannabis . At least at Weed Mart I could’ve gotten 40% off and something free for being a first-time customer. And get this place was empty, There was only like one other person in there.
