Check your weights! I have purchased R.O. many times and I check my weight of product. I had reported to the Dayton dispensary that the facility scales were off. I had bought multiple brands. Not just R.O. The others weighed perfect but R.O. was off and weighed 14.11. I was assured it would be addressed. Today I bought 3, 1/2 ounces and they all weighed 14.13. Who do we go to for correction? Last time I was told they would swap for another bag but what's the point when they all weigh the same. I'm wasting my time and gas. On top of it all, they took the original discout of 40% away for med patients. I had to completely change my order and still got s rewed over because of the weight being wrong. This is my medical prescription that got me away from pharmaceutical but pharmaceutical isn't going to screw me over on my prescription. I get what I pay for but for R.O. Trulieve they seem more inclined to screw the patients. Trulieve owes me and others money back for selling less produ t than what is being charged for. Perhaps a complaint to the DCC will get the ball rolling. 🤔 I had also badder and budder last time and my Cresco Bio Jesus had product on the side and lid of the jar. Bag weighed 6 g and the flower weighed 2 grams instead of 2.83g Beware of Nick. I thought I would give them a second chance but, assume he read my last review and something told me to weigh everything and when I did he shorted me. I just wonder how many people he does this way. I will have other go back to London where they are nice and don't rip off customers. Trust he remembered me and I never forgot his rudeness the first time I met him. I’ve gone out of my way two separate times to purchase a 2g disposable vape that was clearly advertised for $50, only to be given a 1g product instead. The first time, I didn’t realize it until after I was already home This last time today I assumed they would be on top of their responsibilities so I didn't give it a second thought, yet it happened again… When I returned, the only response was “sorry” and a refund, with no effort to honor the advertised deal or correct the situation. This is medicine for patients, not an impulse purchase, and many of us drive long distances expecting accurate pricing and honest service. Wasting a customer’s time with misleading advertising and then offering no real solution is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both their accuracy and how they treat patients. – Aaron Woods
