Have been going to the Menaul location for over a year now and I’ve never had a bad experience here. The other locations are good, but when it feels like home it hits different! The staff is especially great, very welcoming and patient. I appreciate you guys! – Michelle D
Great selection of everything. I'm a flower person but they have everything. The staff have made me very fond of this store in particular. Been to most of the purlifes in the city and this one is by far the best. Plenty of parking, spotless shop, knowledgeable and kind staff. My go to stop from now on. – PriZma Combat

My sister is a regular to purelife, she suggested I go into so I did monday evening after working 12hrs I had the best greatest customer service from Carla and Alex…. I give them both 10 thumbs up especially Carla she did what she could to make it all better… 👍 I definitely will be returning and I have already been telling others about the service there. I went in for something anything to help me with my sleep. Carissa was the person to go to for help. She was very knowledgeable and asked me questions to ensure she was giving me the right product to help. She was cheerful, thoughtful, and super helpful.
