Wanted to just say that i’m truly grateful to have this dispensary in the area. There may be others, but this is truly the best. Every time I go, they have what I’m looking for in stock and it’s so reasonably priced. But to me One of the most important things is customer service. This staff goes above and beyond what’s expected of them. Starting at the front entrance and beyond.They have some long time employees that I have gotten to know well, some new faces and they’re all very good at their jobs. Obviously the manager Khadijah has that place running like a well oiled machine. Every time I go everyone is happy she’s welcoming engaging to everyone. I love going there because of her. Amazing!! It's absolutely amazing.. I frequent the store and get to meet all the staff. Today, I met Mitch. I dont see him often, but he is a vibe. Not to say the other team members aren't a vibe, but he was spot on today. On arrival, the building front is clean, you breeze pass the first personality at the counter that checks your ID, and it is inviting from there on. This store is not saturated with merch but is tastefully decorated. The staff, all the staff is knowledgeable about the products, strains and specials and even if a new product is there they tell you about it. Customer Service is on point always. I can't stress that enough. The vibe, the decor, the music, and everything sets a mood for you before you touch your strain. Try them, I can almost guarantee you won't be disappointed. – Mario South
I come here all the time and usually they are accurate, but i got overcharged today and i even did the math with them, the receipt showed a different number then what I was told and I was still told i was wrong. I don't think I'll be coming back. Very dissapointed – Erica Teves
I have been coming to Releaf for a few years now and it is my favorite dispensary. I drive past other dispensaries just to come to this one because the staff is just the nicest! They are always happy to answer questions, give suggestions, and anytime I have had a problem with a product they made the return process so easy, and they are very good about informing you of what the return policy is. They have great products and good prices, I always leave with a smile and some fun stuff to enjoy. – Jenna Powers
With so many locations these days sometimes it could be a little tricky to figure out where you wanna do your business. Releaf has Been reliable since day one.
