Reliable on High

Was a Great Little Shop with all kinds of great quality Stuff to Puff and ingest to enhance the Chi of one’s Self. I attended a Wonderful Spiritual Circle on Sunday at 10:30. Will definitely be returning soon!! Thank you Ladies – Jodi Weaver

Inconsiderate, noisy, rude. Don't support this business. Edit: Just to clarify, I have been a customer of this place back when they sold THC products and the experience was bad. Their prices were about as high as a licenced dispensary and the person behind the counter didn't have the kind of friendly attitude you come to expect from other local businesses around here. The quality of the flower was very bad too tasted terrible couldn't finish the eighth I got even though it was their gold tier. All that being said, I have lived in this building for a little over three years well before Reliable on High moved in.. For three years I lived in a studio apartment because somebody else got to the 1 bedroom apartment before me but for three years a waited for the moment I could transfer into the one-bedroom apartment down the hall that I always wanted. One day that opportunity presented itself and I was incredibly happy. Unfortunately, little did I know, about the same time I moved down the hallway into the new apartment, ol' Reliable decided to transition their business away from cannabis and into the live music venue business. I have tried talking to them about it, I mostly have only been able to talk to a beard older dude who is rude and dismissive when I talk to him. You can just tell this guy doesn't care. The same old guy sleeps in the store at night and I can hear him making noises at 3am some nights. I don't know what kind of situation is going on there. They said they put up sound proofing but I can hear them talking to each other clear as day so clearly the soundproofing if present doesn't do anything to help muffle the sounds of live music with maximum bass coming through amps. If only that was the only noise I had to deal with from them but they aren't the kind of business you'd expect to find below where people live and even a sports bar would be more accommodating to people living in their vicinity. They had the audacity to host a "MLK DAY RAVE" that went on until 11pm and it had the entire floor SHAKING the whole time when everyone had to work in the morning. If that is the kind of business you want to operate be a responsible business owner and go somewhere else where you won't jeopardize the quality of life of the people around you. – Zak Gerber

This is such a great shop. Everyone is super helpful and responsive. Their website is also the best of any dispensary, not only because you can search by needs in a way you can't on many others, but also because most of their products come with explanations about what the ingredients are and their known benefits. I’ve been going here for about 8 months. I went because it was close right on high street. I got a good discount the first time but I spend over a hundred every trip. Today on Valentine’s Day I ordered some for delivery and it has taken over two hours and I live ten minutes away. I called and they said “she has four orders and it’s taking her longer” why is it taking so long??? I could’ve went there myself and I tipped the driver already and now she is late. She just came and told me that if I’m going to complain about delivery then go to the store. Well now I will Never go to the store again!!! – Heather Dilley
