Remedy Columbia

I've been going to both Remedy locations for a few months and have a had a good experience. I had a really good experience with April at the Columbia location. She was so sweet and super knowledgeable about the different products and was able to provide a few recommendations based on what we were looking for. I bought the Orange Drizzle strain from Evermore — fire, no doubt about it. But the customer service? Complete turnoff. After purchasing, I sat down and went to smell and examine my weed — something that’s normal and legal (no Maryland law says you can’t inspect what you just bought). Out of nowhere, a worker behind the counter yells at me across the room telling me I can’t open it. Not a polite heads-up. Not a quiet conversation. Just loud, unnecessary, and embarrassing — like I was doing something wrong. I wasn’t. I’m a grown woman, a paying customer, and I don’t deserve to be talked to like that. Even if it’s a store policy, how you speak to people matters. I didn’t feel respected — I felt harassed. Then security approaches me, and I’m told I can’t come back. That’s fine, because I wasn’t planning on it. I came in with good energy, bought my product, and got treated like a problem just for checking it. If you care about customer respect, go somewhere else. – Simone Smith

My Budtender Claire was a true pleasure to work with yesterday on 4/20/25! I posed her with a question of what was the best flower selection to achieve a certain level of “euphoria”shall we say and. baaaaabbbbbbby Ms Claire did not miss. She hit the mark and exceed all expectations! If you need a true craftswoman of flowers and other goodies please ask for Claire. She is a master at what she does and not to mention just a dope ass person. She gets my vote for employee of the month! 10/10 definitely coming to see her again !!!!!!! – Google User

Remedy is wonderful. John was the biggest help ever. Truly got me everything I needed to my liking. The video games are great to just stop and play some nostalgia from your childhood. Just 100% relaxing overall. One of my most favorite dispensaries ever. – Maggie Defrancesco

I don’t live nearby and it had been a while since I visited so I called ahead to ask a few questions before driving all the way out. This man Evan answered the phone and was obviously busy but still took the time to handle all of my questions and concerns to the best of his abilities which was awesome. I came in within a half hour of closing which had me stressin but I was tripping. The guy Evan immediately recognized me and we chopped it up for a solid couple minutes before I made my purchase. He made solid recommendations and made the experience an overall pleasant one from the beginning to the end. This place has good staff and great service could not recommend more👍 – Emerson Moore
