Went in a little before closing and Alex was an amazing help. He walked over to us and my wife literally said “Oh good it’s him; he’s always nice.” He helped us go through pieces and choose a rig that was right for us, and accessories for it. He also recommended products that fit exactly what we were looking for, which we take seriously because it’s medicinal more than recreational for us. Alex was super knowledgeable about the products and treated us with respect and friendliness the entire time. Great customer service, great knowledge of products, and also advice about cleaning the piece with acrylic on it. Every time we’re in here, we hope to get one of a very few specific employees (though they are all brilliant and very kind), and Alex is one of them! A big part of why we come back here is the way we’re treated… It’s hard to find kind people these days, but you will find them at Remedy. And their stuff is worth every penny!
