Went in a little before closing and Alex was an amazing help. He walked over to us and my wife literally said “Oh good it’s him; he’s always nice.” He helped us go through pieces and choose a rig that was right for us, and accessories for it. He also recommended products that fit exactly what we were looking for, which we take seriously because it’s medicinal more than recreational for us. Alex was super knowledgeable about the products and treated us with respect and friendliness the entire time. Great customer service, great knowledge of products, and also advice about cleaning the piece with acrylic on it. Every time we’re in here, we hope to get one of a very few specific employees (though they are all brilliant and very kind), and Alex is one of them! A big part of why we come back here is the way we’re treated… It’s hard to find kind people these days, but you will find them at Remedy. And their stuff is worth every penny! Claire and Evan Z are one of my favorite budtenders at remedy I don’t come in to often anymore but I when I go that 35min all the over her be so worth it being welcome with such great vibe and energy. The entire staff of remedy are so great an amazing all so welcoming I’m not good with names there are a couple more budtender that are always so kind with me and very helpful.
