From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and nice, but the absolute highlight was Dani. She was fantastic! Since it was my first time, she walked me through everything—explaining how to order and navigating the whole process with top-notch customer service. What a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk gentleman was so polite and made me feel welcome right away. He also made sure to ask if it was my first time in, which it was. Then their kiosks to place your order are super user friendly. Very clean in there too. Next I got in the checkout line and Matt helped me right away. What a guy! Super upbeat and just one of those guys that's instantly makes you feel comfortable. Give that guy a raise. He also signed me up for the rewards program which he made so easy (we all know how those can feel, like UGH do I have to). It saved me a ton of money my first time purchase! Amazing experience I had with Rise Dispensary today. First time here and starting with going through the door, checking ID, he explained to order on the kiosk, ect..very nice. I had someone help me answering all my questions..very knowledgeable in all products soooo polite … the checkout person was nice and helped me with my card. As I was leaving the person I initially first seen made an appoint to say have a good day….I felt like "where am I? Everyone I encountered was sooo pleasant" how nice it is to walk into a place and not feel like a burden. If anyone from Rise is reading this..YOU ALL ROCK!!!
