I went to Rise last week and got awesome service like I usually do! Check in is easy peasy and knowledgeable staff that always have great recommendations! I went out to my car, and my car battery was dead. I reluctantly went back inside and asked security if someone could help me..?? 2 minutes later – Adam who was the manager on duty came to my rescue and offered to give me a jump. While my car was charging, Adam noticed I had a dog in my car and he told me about Rise’s involvement with their local humane society and several other non-profits. Adam got my car started! I offered to tip him and he politely refused. So, I felt like leaving a review is the least I can do and I hope Rise Execs realize what an amazing employee you have! – Rebecca Kostelyk
