MEDICAL PATIENTS,ITS PROBABLY TIME TO COME BACK HOME HERE,I DIDN'T EVER WANT TO COME HERE AGAIN.I BEEN COMING HERE SINCE 2015 WHEN IT WAS 3C COMPASSIONATE CARE.AND EVERYDAY SINCE RISE TOOK OVER TOO. HOWEVER I STOPPED CAUSE I COULD NO LONGER GET MY RSO COOKIES FOR EASE OF CHEMO FOR SMALL AMOUNT OF CANCER ON MY RIGHT LUNG. AFTER MONTHS AND MONTHS SOMEONE FROM RISE CALLED ME FROM IN THE MAIN OFFICE.THEN I SPOKE TO GTI PARENT COMPANY,THAT DIDNT GO WELL 1ST TIME. BUT I FINALLY GOT THRU TO SOMEONE I MEAN REALLY WRAPPED MY ARGUMENT AROUND THEY'RE HEAD! ** STORY WORKED OUT GREAT 🤣🤣🤣🤣 FOR EVERYONE.IM SURE THEY HATE ME,BUT I DONT CARE! Christopher was amazing! He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and really took the time to answer my questions and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I went to Rise last week and got awesome service like I usually do! Check in is easy peasy and knowledgeable staff that always have great recommendations! I went out to my car, and my car battery was dead. I reluctantly went back inside and asked security if someone could help me..?? 2 minutes later – Adam who was the manager on duty came to my rescue and offered to give me a jump. While my car was charging, Adam noticed I had a dog in my car and he told me about Rise’s involvement with their local humane society and several other non-profits. Adam got my car started! I offered to tip him and he politely refused. So, I felt like leaving a review is the least I can do and I hope Rise Execs realize what an amazing employee you have! – Rebecca Kostelyk
