Chris, Selena, Crystal, and Jena are who I had interactions with today, they were so kind and caring, Crystal handled a disgruntled customer with grace, Selena was friendly and handled a busy line well, Chris came in clutch! Had a return on a particular vape I was interested in trying out. Worked great for a couple days then on the day I really needed it to work it failed. Brought it in the next day to either get it exchanged or returned. I was greeted at the counter by Alexis (Northtowne). She was amazing from the onset. She went through what the particulars were with the previously mentioned vape. Without hesitation she offered to exchange it for either the same or a different vape. I opted to replace it with the same size but different strain. Would definitely recommend this place and for sure Alexis forthe great customer service.
