I have to say, in general, Rise Dispensaries have it figured out when it comes to doing business. They are by far one of the best businesses when it comes to treating customers with respect, knowledge & appreciation. Today I brought a friend in for her first time. Angie was fantastic helping make sure she was signed up for the rewards program. My friend is now planning to be a regular after this experience. I also highly recommend their rewards program. Amazing staff!! Super nice and friendly, here’s a story that made me tear up a little bit around the holidays. I receive a cart for Christmas around the Holidays which was purchased during on their big sales prior. However the metal piece was broken & I came in asking for assistance, not expecting much but I thought hey maybe I could do some Macgueviar thing to drip the oil into something. I did not receive any of that, instead I was met with the supervisor at the time who inspected my product and deemed it ineffective. He was able to get a me a REPLACEMENT and sent me on my merry way, all through a seamless FRIENDLY process. I was left speechless, giddy and just overall very happy with the experience especially during the holidays. I typically love it here. Today I came in for a battery. I was pointed to an elf bar looking thing with no picture of how a cartridge goes into it. Save yourself the time and shop anywhere but here and Bina Lisa. No batteries. Worse service when looking for help. – Rob Smith
