Stopped into Rise Dispensary for the first time and had a great experience. I was helped by Miles, who was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process easy and comfortable. This location also has a great selection, which made it even better. Miles is absolutely amazing! I came in knowing very little about cannabis, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident. He was incredibly patient, kind, and never made me feel judged for asking questions. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, and his knowledge and customer service are truly exceptional. I’ve been going to this store for nearly four years. Everyone there is pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. There are always great choices on sale. You are always greeted and thanked. I don’t go anywhere else after trying some competitors. I’d never had a problem with any product until recently when a disposable vape wouldn’t charge. Then the replacement wouldn’t charge. Adi helped me with the credit and we decided I wasn’t getting another of the same product. He also recommended some awesome pre rolls on sale at 40% discount. I had a really great experience here. Everyone was friendly and easygoing which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress free. I’m not very knowledgeable about cannabis, so I truly appreciated that one of the employees, Atom, took the time to suggest a product that might work better for my needs than the one I had originally picked. His recommendation was thoughtful and genuinely helpful, not pushy at all. He was friendly, efficient, and made the experience quick and easy.
