Man I come into this place once a month, a few things might change here or there, but overall the experience has remained the same. Every employee I've interacted with has been polite and sweet, they've all dealt with my rhetoric of questions without complain, and they all make sure I'm getting exactly what I want. Friendly staff that's well educated on products. Clean and organized store with chill atmosphere playing reggae music. High end solventless products as well as budget options. Was able to find Fig Farms and cbx flower two of my favorites😁💚 – Jay Brice

I’m a local and have been going to root one since they opened. Always friendly staff and great customer service. Products are great no issues. The only thing I can say is prices of things not just weed but the cost of living is so high right now that I have to budget . I really would prefer to buy local here in town but if I can pay $15 instead of $25 and have it delivered to my door its more convenient and more economical. I buy vape at root one for $25 and that’s the cheapest they go . I can buy the same thing and have it delivered for ten dollars less. I have no choice . Sorry guys. Maybe we can work on getting a product you can sell for $15 locally – Vincent
