I had such a wonderful experience at Rooted on Newbury Street! The store itself is beautiful and peaceful, with a great selection. But what really stood out was the kindness of the staff. When I was leaving, there was a man outside the store yelling, screaming, and swinging his arms around. It was a bit scary, but the security lady immediately stepped in, stayed calm, and made sure I got out safely and away from the situation. She was so professional and caring, I felt completely protected. Rooted is not just a lovely place to shop, but also a place where they genuinely care about their customers’ safety and comfort. This place sold me a $15 used vape. It was a deal day and they were offering $15 vapes on top of my order. From the start I couldn’t get it to work. I opened up the top and found no oil inside the Vape. The box it came in was also not sealed and seemed weird compared to the normal box the vape comes in. Something ain’t right here. Thank you so much for the used vape appreciate it… so now basically all of the Boston dispensaries are shady and overpriced l. What a joke… pretty disgusting honestly. I can’t even return it now because I don’t have a receipt I also feel like they stopped carrying Dime vapes so they don’t have to participate in dime days (2 for 1 every 10th of the month). You also don’t have a rewards program for repeat customers and have the highest prices in the state… you rewarded me with a used vape with no oil for $15. Thank you. – Ed M
My reviews are usually based on mobility-impaired folks and I can say this IS THE SPOT if you want downtown Boston and you need to drive… As you can see in my pictures plenty of places to park at about 9:30 on a weeknight… But this part of the street the stores are all pretty much shut down at this hour and there are at least 5 spots you could park for a few minutes and not get towed or ticketed. As for the weed I'll let you know LOL my first time here very kind, queen, professional, knowledgeable, they follow the law to the letter, and it's good to see because there's so many young people out there but they are not getting it here that's for sure without a valid ID!
