The owners and the rest of the team are very kind and personable. I dropped my wallet in their parking lot, and they truly went above and beyond to get it back to me. The experience is ideal for anyone. If you aren't sure what to get, they will help you with great suggestions. If you prefer to look around to figure out what you would like, they won't pressure you. I would give this place 5 stars 100 times if I could. As far as legal dispensaries go in western new York, secret garden 716 stands out from every other place that ive visited. The staff is always knowledgeable about their products/ current deals they are having., pricing is great. Also they have a great point /reward system. I recommend anything by super fire or rythym. The atmosphere of the shop is clean and cozy with nice display of an array of quality products. They are regularly involved in the community with events and workshops which is great to see in our city of good neighbors. The crew are knowledgeable and helpful, especially Phil- I ran into Phil at one of his other jobs and was given a 10% off card to use at the dispensary as a type of friends and family discount. Plus they seem to always have some kind of special happening with one or many of the products. You can usually get a little extra bonus on top of your purchase if you utilize these specials.
