Owner (or manager) was rude and asked if I was going to buy something or if I was just going to waste his budtender’s time. The budtender, by the way, was texting on her phone when I walked in. I didn’t realize I was pulling her away from such important work. The budtender was kind, but it seemed like she didn’t know her own menu. She was texting while we were talking too. I ended up buying product I didn’t even like because the owner/manager was rude and dismissive. I bought “premium” flower that was dry and not to my palette because of how rushed the owner made me feel- in an EMPTY store. Both the owner and budtender need better hospitality training. The owners and the rest of the team are very kind and personable. I dropped my wallet in their parking lot, and they truly went above and beyond to get it back to me. The experience is ideal for anyone. If you aren't sure what to get, they will help you with great suggestions. If you prefer to look around to figure out what you would like, they won't pressure you. I have always been happy with the products I have tried so far. The decor is cute, location and parking lot are convenient, and the vibes are good! Buy from good people!! :) – Violet
Every time I come in (which is once a week) , everyone in there is so nice and helpful! I love the atmosphere, I love the products. I moved from Seattle WA and am very happy to have found a new shop to call home. Big shout out to Phil for always being there making me laugh and making suggestions for what to get!
