The experience I have shopping with Najee and Jeff is just what I need to break up my work week. I go out of my way to visit this shop for the customer service, plus the awesome daily deals. Thanks guys! Happy campers here. – Alex Adame
I placed an order online with a discount and fully paid for it, expecting a simple pickup. When I arrived, I was told my order had been put back and was no longer available, despite already being paid for. Instead of honoring the original order or offering a proper solution, I was pushed into purchasing a completely different product at the window. The replacement product I received was not good at all and not something I would have chosen under normal circumstances. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told there was nothing that could be done because it was not “defective,” completely ignoring the fact that this situation only occurred due to the store’s failure to fulfill my original order. The phone experience made things worse. The employee I spoke with seemed confused, mixed me up with another customer, and at one point began referencing a completely unrelated situation before backtracking. During the call, the employee became further confused and incorrectly claimed that I had previously come into the store and waited inside for 30 minutes. For clarity, I have never entered this location, as all of my orders have been placed online for drive-thru pickup. This level of confusion only added to the frustration and made it difficult to trust the accuracy of anything being communicated. Instead of addressing the issue, I was offered a small discount on a future purchase, which does not resolve the current problem. I would appreciate a direct resolution rather than a future discount. During the call, I was also told that this situation was comparable to buying a pair of jeans and simply not liking them, which is not an accurate comparison. I did not change my mind about a product I selected , I was not given the product I originally paid for in the first place. Being told otherwise only reinforced the lack of accountability in how this situation was handled. Because with that experience there will be no future going back there. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. Customers are consistently being given incorrect products, having discounts mishandled, and receiving dismissive responses when trying to resolve issues – Jordan Weekes
was given a coupon with stipulations, I followed them all which included purchasing online. So I purchased my product accordingly. When I arrived, the discount wasn’t taken off my purchase when I asked why they said you cannot stack discounts. I told them there was nothing on the card that said anything about stacking discounts then they said sorry we can’t return it because there’s nothing wrong with it. The charge would’ve been $25 cheaper with the coupon. This means that if I could have returned it, I could’ve went somewhere else and spent $20-$25 less. Instead, I was charged the full price which I didn’t want to have to spend. the discount that was the whole reason I went to that store in the first place. they should honor discount if their cards don’t have the stipulation that they use in the store. They also said because I checked out online, they couldn’t do the return either. The card forces you to check out online that’s the only way to get the discount. then you have to drive there and find out you can’t return it because you purchased it earlier. This is beyond maddening. They gave me five dollars To use on my Shangri-La account so I wouldn’t be angry. this type Of bait and switch tactic shouldn’t be a part of our community, not in these cost driven times. – MATT LUSTER
Love this place! So cute inside, love the striped building outside. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I accidentally ordered online from the wrong location and Caesar quickly helped me find a new product. I definitely will be making this my go to place! – Em
Drive thru service was weird. No greeting or anything. Then a bucket with a rock in it shot out. I put my id and card in it just to be told “we don’t take cards from the drive thru only cash”. I just took my stuff back and left. Kind of stand offish vibe. Somehow a drive thru is more inconvenient than walking in the store.its 2026 most people aren’t carrying $100+ in cash. – Gabriel Nieves Reyes
