I placed a large order on Sunday. All of my items were on sale. I went to pick up the items on the following day (Monday) and was charged over $100 more than my emailed receipt. I was told that the sale prices were not being honored as the sale ended Sunday. I had to explain that the store should honor the pricing on my receipt, especially since I had set the order to be picked up the following day as the store was closed on Sunday. Eventually, the team member reduced my total, but it was still $6 more than my receipt. It’s funny because the girl who greeted me at the front was so incredibly happy and sweet and then I got the bait and switch in the rear. I didn’t want to have to write this review because the people in the shop are generally friendly and cool. But this whole thing was very UNCOOL.
