If frustration was a product, this place would be top shelf. Trying to order online is a full-blown experience in patience you click buttons that don’t respond, pages freeze like it’s 2003 dial-up, and placing an order feels like trying to crack a safe with oven mitts on. And the solution? “Download our app.” Oh perfect because nothing fixes a broken system like… another broken system. The app is just the website’s equally useless twin. So you give up and go in person thinking that’ll be easier and somehow it gets worse. Walking inside feels less like a dispensary and more like a construction site that gave up halfway through. Tiles are popping up, hollow spots everywhere it literally feels like the floor is trying to quit. I’m honestly surprised there isn’t caution tape at the door. And this building is only a couple years old? That’s wild. I don’t know what fly-by-night contractors they hired, but they need to track them down and ask for a refund ..then hire someone who actually knows what a solid floor is supposed to feel like. I even left my business card because this isn’t just ugly, it’s a straight-up safety hazard. Someone is going to get hurt. At this point, you’d probably have better luck writing your order on a napkin and throwing it through the door. Between the broken website, useless app, and a floor that feels like it might cave in, this place is held together by vibes and bad decisions. Fix it before it turns into a lawsuit. And I do want to say this so it’s clear it’s not the staff. The people working inside are actually solid. Friendly, helpful, and doing their best in a place that honestly feels like it’s held together with duct tape and optimism. They’re the only part of the experience that actually feels normal. That’s what makes it even more frustrating. You’ve got great employees working in a building where the floor feels like it’s collapsing under you, and a website/app system that barely functions long enough to place an order. It’s like the people are carrying the entire operation on their backs while everything around them is actively falling apart. Honestly, the smiling faces inside are the only reason I’d even consider coming back. If it wasn’t for them, the online system and the condition of the building alone would be enough to never try again. – M B

I love the convenience of Shang it’s near by and the service is always quick(drive thru pick up). Most of the staff are great and funky spirits(good kind). The only thing that’s really been getting under my skin is that the website does not hold correct information. This is the 4th time now that the THC level is listed as much higher online than it says on the package. Hits terrible too and I’m over here thinking while ordering it should be pretty good. Just keep getting disappointed by the incorrect information being labeled. I understand accidents happen but I am consistently catching the “mistake”.. so is it a mistake or on purpose. Don’t know, still the most convenient store for me. Also, if you’re looking for good rewards or points, this ain’t the place lol!!! Doesn’t matter how much you spend. – Justyne Wright

Several times in a row that I’ve gone there and I’ve ordered it online, I’ve gotten to the store in several of my items have been given to other customers, even though I had a confirmation and a total confirming my order. I’ve driven over half an hour multiple times only to find out the full price items are there, and all the sale items have been sold out from underneath of me. The explanation I received was they’re busy and short staffed. The words, we are too busy, and short staffed suck, AND we gave away part of the products you ordered also sucks. What’s the point of putting in an online order when you live outside of town to show up to find out that it’s only first come first served. You can’t rely on your order with this outfit. – Lance Hopper

This place will do you good and let you down, I’ve been buying Illicit Live Resin for the past 5-6 weeks on Wednesdays because it falls under the “2 for $75” deal. I literally saw it on their menu this morning and many times before. I seen someone who has sold me this deal multiple times right next to the person on the register and listen to her talk to me like this deal doesn’t exist and like I’ve never been there.
