This dispensary has been one of my favorites since being legalized in NV. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They always have great deals. They have a large selection of brands, including one of my favorites, ROVE. The store itself looks clean and professional. They have ATMs in store as well as a drive through for added convenience. You can place an online order and there is a separate line which is great if you are on a lunch break. – Ashley Drake

This was my first time here and my budtender was so unhelpful. Was really hoping to like this place but probably won’t be back after this experience. I used to be a bud tender myself and my goal was always to try to help people find what the best product they were looking for in the price range the needed. The guy who helped me today had no customer service skills and when I asked if they was any flower that was decent in the mid-range price point and he straight just said he only a smokes tops shelf and couldn’t help. Crazy. Not even a suggestion and didn’t help one bit. Doesn’t seem like a good fit to be on the floor. – jessica

Ordered online for pickup and the service was fast and all items were correct. Staff was friendly and helpful. ATM on site for easy withdrawal if you don't have cash. They do not tack credit or debit at this location. Overall very happy with this location. – DUSTY MEDEIROS

The first time I went in there the budtender was so rude and off putting. Hes the type of person who should not have a customer service postion🤦🏽‍♀️. I told him my budget & what I wanted and he kept recommending things that were way over-priced and way out of my budget. I bought 3 pre-rolls & when I got home they were all broken and couldn’t even be smoked as a pre-roll, I had to break it down and smoke it in my bong… the reason why I gave them 2 stars was only because when I called and spoke with the supervisor he did attempt to make it right & comped my purchase for my next visit. My second and last visit… my budtender Joshua was very friendly and super helpful. However the quality of the pre-rolls lacked again def would not go back there. If I were you I would go to mynt “the dispensary” downtown, the quality is so much better and the service never fails. Just great service. Had an issue w pods and the manager (white dude w curly hair coming out under his hat) was very cool and helped correct the problem w a new battery.. no hassles and good vibes .. – Peyos
