Even though the dispensary was packed on a Wednesday, I want to thank Erika! Who kept a huge smile on their face and gave me their full, undivided attention. They managed the rush effortlessly, verified my order quickly, and still took a quick second to recommend a new pre-roll strain. Incredible customer service! So patient, kind, and down-to-earth. Their rewards system leaves a LOT to be desired. Points accumulated do not get applied to your order for delivery. Then their team makes it a problem to use YOUR points. Call in the morning to apply points at 10am for a delivery order set for 2-4pm and was told 'I can call you back when we are preparing your order. 2:15 comes no call but I had received an email that my order had been prepared so I called the store back. Get the same girl as I did 4 hours prior judging by the voice tell me my order has already been sent out and that the cannot be applied to this order only to the next. I state that is weird seeing as I called 4 hours prior and was told I would receive a call back and be able to use my points. To which she tells me well if you'd like you can cancel the order. What an absolute JOKE of customer service. Curaleaf is closer to me anyways they've just gained a customer. – I Berg
If you're going to any other dispensary in the Reno area then you are losing at life. Silver state has the lowest cost cannabis in the area. I got a free joint for signing up and then I bought a vape cart / distillate card for only like 14 bucks. They have 2 gram carts available for like 20 something dollars is below 25 that's all I remember. – Michael Allen
