Bought a cart from them that did not work. Didn't even get one hit from the cart. When i brought it back in i was told i could only get 50% off a new cart of the same brand or 30% off a different brand. I didn't even get to use my cart and now have to pay for another one. So incredibly disappointed with the company. I had to spend more money and lost $50, due a product failure on their part. Will not be returning here. Serves faulty products then want you to spend more money to replace a broken device. Absolutely disappointed with the way they handled this situation. Would not recommend coming here. Silverleaf staff is friendly and knowledgeable, product selection is great, and prices are fair. They have frequent sales/promotions, and a nice rewards program. Today I had a slight issue, which was entirely MY error, by Sanhil graciously rectified it for me without hesitation. It was definitely service above and beyond! – J P

Top Tier customer service!!! I was helped before even walking in because I couldn’t find the entrance hahaha😆for this being my first dispensary ever, I have to say it can’t get any better this!! Everyone was so nice and smiley. Staff actually engages and recommends the best products thats suitable for you.
