She assured me I would be happy with the product. She showed me an all metal slick smooth high quility puffco thing. well guess what the product was night and day the quility of the one they sold me 85. Dollars and some change was a grey plastic pice of crap. I tried to return for false advertising she told me to take it up with puffco. I'm not going to do all that. I was a good customer. I even got my son going to them. I bought what I thought was a puffgo plus the one I seen was of higher quility it was of a smooth a little heafty metal a diamond like pen. I loved the concept I was super excited to try. I get the product home open it it a way cheaper version of what was shown to me. I was in awe, i tried explaining what happened the girl working today monday sep 22 said it was lesser in whom ever made these i got a cheaper version than what was shoen to me. I trusted them so i just got what I needed and left. I went home waited a few days to really take a look at this thing it doesn't work well it makes me sick to my stomach. I want what I payed for the one the girl showed me yes the where the same price. The one in the case the only one they all black a nice hard metal I got half plastic and half poorly made metal puffco pen that is awful doesn't work right. I want the one that I was shown in the case that feels and looks of hight quilty meteral. I want that one that you all do not have any of these yet there still there duping people. So be careful if buying these look at the box you may have to open it. I hope and pray that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I had a really disappointing experience here. The staff member who helped me was passive and dismissive from the moment I walked in. Instead of providing basic customer service, he acted like he didn’t want to assist me at all. When I asked politely for my medical card to be handed back to me, he refused and placed it far away on the counter, which felt disrespectful and unnecessary. I don’t expect anyone to go above and beyond — just to be treated the same as any other customer. Everyone deserves basic courtesy, no matter what. This experience made me feel judged and unwelcome, and I hope management addresses how customers are being treated.. The employees make was Scott by the way. – Darrius Adams

I have been to all of the local shops and this is by far the best shop to go to. I have been a customer for about 6 months now. They have a very wide variety of concentrates as well as flower. They constantly change up the strains and there is always something new to try. I’ve never been let down and I go there almost daily. The staff is a 10/10 in my book. They are knowledgeable, friendly and always have a smile on their face. During COVID-19, they all have been very professional and have followed all state guidelines as instructed to do so. They remember your name and take the time to make small talk with you and make you feel welcome. An awesome community to say the least.. Recently, they opened a second facility in Auburn directly off the Auburn exit. I’ve been to this store a few times already and it carries the same great views and products as the Lewiston store.
