I used to love this place. For years I only shopped Skymint. Since they've decided to cover the cost of the new taxes they have been trash. The service is ok, but they never have what I want, they are always understaffed, and they made changes to the online ordering that is very inconvenient. I'm looking for a new pharmacy. – Christopher May
UPDATE: so I decided to go try here again on my way home from work and once again!! They were understaffed!! What's the deal skymint?? You guys only had one man working in there and about 6-7 different customers waiting on various things. This is just unacceptable. I know shit happens, but apparently this is a regular thing. I hope the employees are at least compensated we'll because they definitely be busting their butts in there to try and keep everyone satisfied. So to the owners/management-shame on you, and to the grunt workers- keep it up!! Wonderful job! I'm going to give this shopping trip 3.5 stars. Let me start with the positive. The place was very clean and once I got to the back Ashleigh was knowledgeable and helpful. She suggested a vape and so far I absolutely love it. I'm getting exactly the feeling out of it that I wanted. So thank you Ashleigh. Now the reason that I knocked down a star and a half is because when a few other people and I that all showed up about the same time, and we all waited out there for 5+ minutes until I hollered hello and then somebody came out and helped us. And the plants in there need watered horribly!!!! I want to go to the store and buy a bottle of water just to water them. Come on guys. Your whole business is based on plants. Can we take care of the ones in the front please? Thank you you guys were great honestly. – Brandy Stanley
