Would not recommend shopping here. They say that they will replace broken cartridges, but even if you go in with your receipt and try to explain, they want to accuse you of tampering with it. Tried explaining that I pulled it out of their box, and went to screw it in, haven’t had the pleasure of enjoying one hit and it’s already cracked. I bought two cartridges on sale, and one was faulty. The sheer audacity to even consider that I am that ill experienced when it comes to screwing a cartridge in a battery. Then wants to offer me, half off, as if that’s the better deal. Shady business here. Don’t say your cartridges will be replaced within a week, if you’re not going to honor that. Poor business. And the fact you say it’s 3 months, dude if you cared to actually look at the receipt it clearly says January 9th 2026, last time I checked it wasn’t march/april. If this is how you guys do business then I’m sharing this to everyone to let everyone know how shady you guys are. – Devyn Young
I wanted to try out a new place and oh my word. The lady that helped me was fantastic! (I think her name was Courtney!) She was suuuper nice!! And I’m the kind of person who always wants to know *why* things work the way they do, so I’m definitely sold on this place! She was so sweet about all my questions and she didnt just know what products would work best for whatever you’re looking for, she knew the science and chemistry behind them! (And could explain it to me in layman’s terms lol!) – Nichole Stien
Excellent customer service, fast. Came in 30 min before close with a nail in my tire. Johnny had me in and out in less than 30 min, repaired my tire at no charge. What a brilliant strategy – now I feel obligated to return when it’s time for new tires! Coming in right before close for a free service – I wouldn’t have been upset to be told it would be overnight, or to receive less than stellar customer service – but everyone was happy to help me get where I needed to go and get it done quick. In a previous life I managed a service department – I would be proud to have a team like that. You guys are doing an outstanding job, thanks for getting me back on the road! – Steve B
I always have an amazing experience at this shop! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient—they helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed. The store itself is clean, welcoming, and really well organized, which makes shopping not only easy but enjoyable, although, I do prefer their online ordering and drive thru. Prices are fair, and I appreciate how transparent they are about strains, effects, and recommendations. Overall, this is hands-down one of the best dispensaries I’ve visited.
