Would not recommend shopping here. They say that they will replace broken cartridges, but even if you go in with your receipt and try to explain, they want to accuse you of tampering with it. Tried explaining that I pulled it out of their box, and went to screw it in, haven’t had the pleasure of enjoying one hit and it’s already cracked. I bought two cartridges on sale, and one was faulty. The sheer audacity to even consider that I am that ill experienced when it comes to screwing a cartridge in a battery. Then wants to offer me, half off, as if that’s the better deal. Shady business here. Don’t say your cartridges will be replaced within a week, if you’re not going to honor that. Poor business. And the fact you say it’s 3 months, dude if you cared to actually look at the receipt it clearly says January 9th 2026, last time I checked it wasn’t march/april. If this is how you guys do business then I’m sharing this to everyone to let everyone know how shady you guys are. – Devyn Young
Edit for the owner. My wife doesn't contribute on Google so we use mine. When she arrived, the door lady was rude to her because she didn't see that it was 7:55 am and not 8 yet. Understandable had she been polite about it. After going in when 8am struck, the same lady gave her an attitude and eye roll when my wife tried to apologize for trying to go in too early. But instead of making an issue, she continued on. She explained that the clerk was friendly, helpful, and got her the items she needed. However, the website's prices seem to be inaccurate. She went in thinking she was going to pay a certain price for each item before tax (sorry I can't be specific, I don't know what she did with the receipt) but each item was about $5-$10 more than advertised. Overall, unfortunately, she claims she didn't have a good first experience there. – T Bowman
I wanted to try out a new place and oh my word. The lady that helped me was fantastic! (I think her name was Courtney!) She was suuuper nice!! And I’m the kind of person who always wants to know *why* things work the way they do, so I’m definitely sold on this place! She was so sweet about all my questions and she didnt just know what products would work best for whatever you’re looking for, she knew the science and chemistry behind them! (And could explain it to me in layman’s terms lol!) – Nichole Stien
I didn't know if i would like this place when it first came to town because I was worried that the people up north might clog up our little city here and the prices might be outrageous but I have been pleasantly surprised. They have a pretty good selection for being the only one in town and they don't try to gouge people on the prices. My bud tender Connie tonight was very nice and she made me smile the way she answered me at the drive-through. Four thumbs up. Highly recommend – Jeighwynn DZ
Went in on 4/19. The front desk staff was very nice and pleasant. But when I got to the budtender, she was rude, not knowledgeable about anything I asked. Very rude and short. Just stood there and stared at me. With it being the 4/20 weekend. Was very disappointed in her customer service. 😕 – Clarissa Hart
