Garbage dispensary with horrid customer service , and homeless people roaming around. Save your business and go to a number of the other dispensaries that have incredible service with incredible products. A better use of your time will be going to Zenleaf "The Cannabist" or "Cookies" The in house products in this dispensary are low tier and the online system often does not work. – Kitty Bets

If I could give 0 stars I would. This dispensary has been selling myself a many other people expired julebox cartridges. And this dispensary seems to love doing that quite frequently, even though that is against the law…. Anything they can do to maximize profits they will do, it doesn’t matter if they are risking the health of their customers. They just want your money, they don’t care about anyone. And there general manager, I think her name was Sam or something like that. She is super in pleasant to deal with…. Definitely needs to work on her interpersonal skills… Not a great person to have being the “face” of your business… overall very sad to see upper management allowing this new GM to run their store into the ground. It was SOOOOOOO much better 6 months ago.. at least there’s tons of other dispensaries in the valley. Literally go anywhere else, SOL flower as a whole is a joke 🤣 – Tom Jones

What happened to the wonderful service and people at Sol Tempe? Iam going to describe my last 3 visits to Sol. 1st visit ordered uncle X flower 1/2 oz of Sativa & 1/2oz Indica I was happy until I got home & i find a $2 bic and 5 cones for $3.45 on my reciept.Not alot of money but I live on SS & dont need two overpriced items So I should tell you as I did the BT's numerous times that I am a little hard of hearing especially in an enviroment like Sol. I thoughthe bic & cones were free b/c I was a good customer. Now for my 2nd visits what I wanted was a 1/2oz Uncle X Sativa and a 1/2oz Indica w/highTHC in both. I left happy thinking I got what I wanted. When I got home I realized that I had been sold 2 hybrids not at all what I wanted. I feel I cannot trust your staff to give me what I order nothing more nothìng less. 3rd visit started out as a complete breakdown in communication I asked the BT why what normally cost me $60 was now $109 for the 2 @1/2 oz what I heard was $27 ( Im not saying that's what he said) i did tell him b4 hand that I was hard of hearing so $27 x 2 =$54 and he keeps telllimg me its $109 I ask about the difference of $55 he says that's the taxes I say are you sure? So ur telling me halves are $27 each which equals 54.00 and that $55 is taxes it can't be. He says yes that it is $55 in taxes I ask him how much is s 1/2 oz and he says $44 so $88 an oz +tax So that is too much for me and Im asked to return when I have my order figured out.I thought his job was to help me? I find a uncle x bundle that looks good that consists of a 1/2 oz. Flower, 14 @1/2 gram pre rolleds , & 100 mg gummies and 3 12oz cans of what I was told were canabis infused beverages. I even asked the new BT what was the amount of canabis in the 3 cans and he said he thought it was 10 mg in each can come to find out that the bevages where cans of non alcoholic Beer are you kidding me? I go to Sol and I am sold near beer? So 3 visits 3 bad visits Ive been a loyal customer since you opened I have told many people good things about ur disp.I feel I was ripped off three times and that is not a coincidence this is a problem that starts at the top and works its way down to your BT's it's obvious happened to me three times in a row is not a mistake it is a plan on your part and it's so obvious what your plan is so what are you going to do about it ? that's what I like to know! Nothing Im sure so in which case our love affair has ended you go your way & I'll go mine. Too bad makes mpe sad ? I felt gòr a whìle we had ĺa very gòdthing happening there but I guess everything comes to an end evently but this seemed premature like it was fòrced by some greedy individual or two who is or are penny wise but dollar Stupid and will end up with what they deserve. Doesn’t let me give 0 stars but they use to be a good dispensary but now they take your money even if it’s just a few cents. When I went last time the girl there was kind and did round down. The two girls working at the online order counter had awful attitudes and were in no way helpful. They were acting like someone was holding a gun to their head to be there. But if you’re not going to accept Pennie’s or give the correct change back change your prices to reflect that. They’ve made almost $5 off me just with not giving back change. $5 isn’t a lot now but adds up after awhile. Gave them $42.20 and it said my change was .5 but they just refuse to give you any coins now. Cookie might be a little farther but they have a lot better deals and have changed their prices to reflect not using coins. You don’t want people to steal from you so why steal from your customers? – Lexi Benimon

Not impressed with the level of customer service. I’ve only been here 3 times, all orders over $100 and each time the bud tenders are super rude and seem annoyed to help or even have a conversation. My last visit I didn’t get the free eighth because I was $2 short from the deal. Well why didn’t my bud-tender ensure I was getting the most bang for my buck? SMH. Won’t be back, will make the extra commute to Mint :) – Autumn Barrett
