Hands down the best dispensary. I've been coming to this location for a few years and every visit they're helpful and kind. Once in awhile I'll get someone who's not as knowledgeable as some of the others – however each time, they've not been shy about asking their co-workers for feedback. I love this place. Very very efficient. Normally my husband goes to order and pick up there. I was in and out in less than 5 min. The staff there were awesome, I went in there not k owing what I was doing. They were so patient and made sure I make the right choice. Love them! – Amanda Joiner

This dispensary used to be my partner I's favorite dispensary. They have fantastic deals, super clean and the staff has always been amazing. I won't be returning as I went to pick up my med order, placed online for pickup, and received the incorrect products once checking when I got home. Considering I can not check my bag inside the store, my confirmation email stated my pickup was med, and I put all the requested information online regarding my med card, I did not think there would be a problem, as usual. They refused to make the order right, and told me that they could not take incorrect products back with no additional reasoning. The refused to correct their mistake, leaving me with money spent on products that I did not agree to and STILL not receiving what I should have. The staff who helped me did what they could and I appreciate the efforts, however, the manager seems to not have either the confidence or communication skills to confront me directly. The associate helping me consistently had to go to the back to talk to the manager, making it feel like I was playing with finance from an auto dealership. From one business owner/manager to the other – that's not how you keep the business that's been loyal to you. I will find another dispensary that understands what fixing a mistake looks like and respects its patrons by treating them fairly. – Nicole Jouas
