What a cool place! So many amazing products, and the staff could not be any better. I didn’t catch your name, but the lady at the front who was greeting people was friendly and helpful. Once I was assigned, my bud-tender, Joshua, he explained all of the things that were available and was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. I even received a free gift for my first visit and learned about a party they would be having in a couple of weeks where all of their products would be on sale 50% off starting next week, so I will definitely be going back! Very respectful staff but educated in the product. i just bought Uncle X 5gs cured sugar wax and it looks and smells horrific. If you do choose to this dispensary, you gotta check your product. I called the back and spoke to the manager and they said they can’t do anything meanwhile other dispensary like Good Dispensary have policies to ensure costumer to gladly return. I can’t even consume this, I just wasted $75 for a single item. I won’t be returning to this dispensary. This is unfortunate for Sol Dispensary. PS: I even took a picture with a flash and it didn’t help. – Romeo

Hi, Ive been shopping at Sol in Tempe since it opened. Check out my records at your store. On 3/3/2026 I came to your store. The day before I turned 65, 3/2/26, and my drivers license had expired. Not only was I turned away by Samantha,she laughed about it. Normally I would not care but for the 2 weeks prior I had been taking care of my 13 year old dog whom died in my arms the night before. She was very sick and the vet treating her was stunned that she died as was I. She had been responding well to treatment,had rallied and was acting normal all day till 9pm,then a few hours later she died in my arms. I buried her after 1 am in the morning,cried till the store opened and went to Sol Flower. I had nothing at home as I was so busy taking care of my girl. The person at the front desk was nice,let me know my license had expired,and they could not help me. I asked for a manager and Samanthe came out , could barely look at my license thru her tttoooooo long eyelashes, gave me a lecture and told me to get lost. I went to 6 dispensaries that day,6 said no worries. Even stores I had never been to before. I go to your store because : 1) I like the people 2) I like the quality of product even though the last two years its quality has gone down. 3) easy to pay and point system (customer loyalty rewards). 4) deals n prices Two years ago you guys screwed us on the loyalty points,I still came back. You guys let go some budtenders that were great in customer service,I still came back. Brian and Alex are some of my favorite people,I saw them yesterday when I was getting Gron chocolate and OG gummies. One time I accidentally left my debit card at the store. Brian called me,had management keep it safe till I came 20 minutes later to get it. Really a good guy. They asked me where I had been as Im at your store 3-6 times a month. Im a retired union plumber. I budget about $600.00 a month for Pot. I had not been to your store since little miss eyelashes laughed me out. I only went for the edibles as your store was the closest store but I can buy Gron and Ogeez other places. And I will. As a result of my experience on March 3rd,2026 I will take my business to the other dispensaries. Samantha told me she was the GM. The last two years I've seen a decline in customer service and product quality,not to mention losing the points. I'm pulling my 5 star google review about your store. Im calling bullshit on Samantha's claim that my ID was no good. At the 6 stores I went to that same day,they said 1 day no problem. And FFS, 2 other employees told her I was a frequent shopper. I checked you guys out on Indeed,lots of bad reviews from folks who worked there and left,most sharing similar stories of poor management. I spend $600.00 monthly on average on Pot products. I don't drink alcohol. I use the healing properties of the plant to help with the chronic pain in my body after working in construction trades since I've been 9 or 10. My favorite store turned into a dump,Sol-McClintock. I'm going to copy this and post a 1 star review on Google to replace my glowing 5 star review. Have the day you deserve, Jeff Kanak – Jeff Kanak

If I could give 0 stars I would. This dispensary has been selling myself a many other people expired julebox cartridges. And this dispensary seems to love doing that quite frequently, even though that is against the law…. Anything they can do to maximize profits they will do, it doesn’t matter if they are risking the health of their customers. They just want your money, they don’t care about anyone. And there general manager, I think her name was Sam or something like that. She is super in pleasant to deal with…. Definitely needs to work on her interpersonal skills… Not a great person to have being the “face” of your business… overall very sad to see upper management allowing this new GM to run their store into the ground. It was SOOOOOOO much better 6 months ago.. at least there’s tons of other dispensaries in the valley. Literally go anywhere else, SOL flower as a whole is a joke 🤣 – Tom Jones

This was my first time at this dispensary. And I liked it. My budtender was very friendly and she even made sure that I had a battery to go with the cartridge I was purchasing. I know when I first started smoking, I had no clue about carts and batteries. So I appreciated it very much and let her know. I will return! – Sandra Ortega-John
