I stopped in on Friday (3/13/26) and had a great experience with Dee. Dee helped me out during my visit and I just wanted to say he was extremely informative, professional, and sincere. I had several questions about products and he took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. It’s always nice talking to someone who really knows their stuff and cares about the customer experience. Definitely one of the best interactions I’ve had at any dispensary! – Ethan Lee

I was shopping with a budtender named Chris (wish we were not name twins) he was super rude. Did not seem interested to help me unless I was shopping high end products. Anything I asked him about said yeah haven’t tried it but heard good things. Like cmon bro I’m spending my hard earned money I don’t care if I’m not buying one $50 infused joint. It’s about taking care of your patients and making sure they come back. Which i definitely will not be. Flower I was sold by him was crumbly and dry. Like it was sitting in the desert for months before given to me. I told the guy at the front desk they need to get him a break or send him home to which I was told yeah he has his moments. If we are all dealing with stuff and not bringing into our everyday jobs why is he allowed to? I want energy, excitement, caring vibes when I walk into a dispo which is what this place used to be like before the renovation. I reported him to Reddit pages and hope this young man can figure out his shit before being mean to another medical parent ever again. I don’t care how how you think you are outside of work. You are not doing greatness unless your clients walk out feeling like they got the best bang, best bud of their week. – Chris

I’ve been going to this dispensary literally since it opened six years ago, maybe longer. But holy crap. the Vendor events need to CHILL. There is not a single logical reason to have a DJ playing music THAT loud at a place where you are trying to do business. That level of volume is something I would equate to a terrible club that you’d bring ear protection to. The service and products here have never failed me. But walking into that hellscape of overstimulation is absolutely unacceptable. I couldn’t even try to make out what my budtender was saying. Being that close to speakers that loud is absurd when i’m just trying to pick up an online order. That quite literally destroyed my good mood in milliseconds. Whoever the DJ was on April 17th 2026 needs to be fired, or have his volume privileges limited/revoked. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dispensary in my entire life. – Sara Downs
