I came in clueless about vapes but needing to purchase one. The person who helped me (I’m sorry I didn’t ask your name!) walked me through it and taught me a lot about vapes. Good deals. Staff is a bit clueless, their ATM charges a “foreign transaction” fee on top of the normal fee for OnPoint accounts (banking doesn’t get more local than them) and one of the employees handed a customers dropped money to another customer who already walked out the door. And their packaging supplies/systems are rarely up to code, I just got a ziplock baggie full of weed one time and their sticker machine is never working. To the owner, that $2 charge is gonna cost you 33% of your bi monthly sale with me in chargeback fees. You’re gonna want to fix that ATM ASAP or I’m gonna go to my bank every time until you do. It’s $2 for me and $22 for you. – n i c k
Amazing customer service! I unfortunately didn't get the ladies name, but she went above and beyond to help me secure my wallet after dropping outside of their store. Completely unbiased opinion on the quality of product: Everything that I have tried so far is top quality, the burger strain bud, that was recommended after asking for anything that stands out, will no doubt be amazing by the looks and smell of it. Have been looking for a place to make my regular spot for a while and this is definitely going to be it! The space is beautifully designed, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they have an amazing selection of products, and a stunning, unique array of plants for sale in addition to the cannabis products.
