Terrible experience. I’m a reciprocal medical patient from AZ. The girl working today said she couldn’t get it to scan and that I would have to pay the recreational tax. She was the only person in the entire store, no manager who could help. Walked out without buying any medication. Thank you for nothing Southwest Cannabis. Go anywhere else, very unprofessional and understaffed. – Michelle
Wife stopped in for her meds with her NM reciprocal, but the rude employee told her she couldn't help her? Said she would have to pay an extra 20%, we have been to a dozen dispensaries in New Mexico and this is the first time we have ever had an issue. Train your employees in customer service instead of just sticking some incompetent behind a counter who doesn't even want to be there. Thanks for nothing. – Kristofer
