Terrible experience. I’m a reciprocal medical patient from AZ. The girl working today said she couldn’t get it to scan and that I would have to pay the recreational tax. She was the only person in the entire store, no manager who could help. Walked out without buying any medication. Thank you for nothing Southwest Cannabis. Go anywhere else, very unprofessional and understaffed. – Michelle
Eh. Great reviews brought me in. Seemed like staff had a hangover or something. No welcome, no thanks, everything was a bother. Head down the whole time helping three customers ahead of us, barely spoke to them. On top of that, pricing is some of the highest in town with no discounts on the gram price if you get higher quantities.
